HOW TO USE YOUR JOLT BAR
Cold water from the refrigerator should do the trick. If Jolt Bar does not turn blue after a few seconds, add a handful of ice cubes.

Our proprietary color changing technology will let you know when it’s cold enough to use.
Watch it turn blue
Squeezing too tightly can cause vasoconstriction, which will work against your goal of reducing fatigue. We recommend using the Jolt Bar for 15-90 seconds each rest period, depending on exercise intensity.
Gently hold it
Your Jolt Bar will fade back to white when it gets too warm and needs to be refilled. It lasts about 45 to 60 minutes when used as recommended, but depends on usage and environmental temperatures.
