Fill with cold water

Cold water from the refrigerator should do the trick. If Jolt Bar does not turn blue after a few seconds, add a handful of ice cubes.

The proprietary color changing technology will activate when Jolt Bar is cold enough to use.

Gently hold the Jolt Bar in your hands while resting

Squeezing too tightly can cause vasoconstriction, which will work against your goal of reducing fatigue.

We recommend using the Jolt Bar for 15-90 seconds at a time during rest, depending on exercise intensity.

Refill

The Jolt Bar will fade back to white when it gets too warm and needs to be refilled.

It lasts about 45-60 minutes when used as recommended.
